Check for Product SERVICE RELEASES AND VERSION UPGRADES

Our my.SAPIEN.com Web site is designed to show you your upgrade eligibility, and provide you with access to service releases and version upgrades. Here's what to do:

1. You will need to log in - click here to do so now. If you don't know your user name or password, there are links that will send you a reminder. If you don't have an account at all, you can create one for free.
   
   
   
2. Once logged in, you will see your registered products. Each registered product will have links allowing you to download service releases and obtain version upgrade information for that product.
   
   
   
3. If you don't see your product listed, simply get its license key (use PrimalScript's Help/About menu option to do this, for example) and paste it into the "Register a product" box. Click the "Register" button to begin registering that product. Once registration is complete, that product will be listed, along with links for service releases and version upgrades.
   
   
   

If you have registered a product which is eligible for a free upgrade to a new version, then you'll see a "free upgrade" link next to the product in your list (after logging in). Simply click that link to exchange your old license key for the new one. The new one will be automatically registered, and will appear in your product list along with a product download link.
