Registering your SAPIEN PRODUCT

Our my.SAPIEN.com Web site will allow you to register your product and access related resources. Here's what to do:

  1. Let's start by getting your product's license key:
    You can obtain your key by using the product's Help > About menu option.
    For non-software products, look at your purchase receipt or registration certificate.
    Click here if you've already registered your product and want to download it again.


  2. and we'll take you to the logon page.
    If you don't have an account with us, you'll be able to create one.
    Then just provide your registration information, and you're done!

You can return to my.SAPIEN.com at any time to download service releases, access technical support, or check on version upgrades.
